Our Journey

Fall 2023

Our journey began at Tech Start UCalgary, where our founding team came together with a shared vision to transform campus life. We identified gaps in how students connect with campus events and resources, and set out to create a solution.

The Beginning

From ideation to initial prototyping, we laid the foundation for what would become Campus Buddy.

Spring 2024

After months of development and user research, we refined our platform based on student feedback. We built started seeking out local businesses and campus clubs to create a comprehensive ecosystem.

We expanded our team and built the core features of our platform.

Fall 2024

We officially launched Campus Buddy to the university community, bringing our vision to life. The platform quickly gained traction among students looking for a better way to connect with campus life.
